CAPITAL STRENGTH AND FINANCIAL SOURCES
The real estate portfolio of the Group is valued at EUR 28 million. The size of the consolidated balance sheet of the Group reached EUR 36 million by the end of 2023. More than one third of that is own equity which guarantees the stability of the company. The Group has EUR 11 million worth of quick turning inventory and its credit line limits to EUR 38 million. In 2023 the consolidated net result of the group was EUR 3.5 million, which is expected to increase.
Financial statements prove the dedicated and stable strategy of the founders over 35 years, as the establishment of the company is based on reinvesting profits in the business and continuously developing the company.
