In the development area, the Duna Autó Group is implementing several parallel projects, of which one part is automotive logistics. The arrival, storage and delivery of several thousand vehicles from the factory is already taking place in Budakalász, and the expansion of logistics and service capacity is in process. In addition to a EUR 10 million project, using its own capital and Hungarian state and EU funds, to create a complex of buildings capable of accommodating logistics activities and manufacturing capacity. The huge area and ideal location makes the site more than interesting for covering logistics needs for partner companies. All characteristics of the site provide the possibility for investment in manufacturing capacity.

The use of renewable energy also plays an important role in the greenfield investment in Budakalász. Firstly, a solar power plant with a capacity of 500 kW will serve the site, and the excess energy will be transfered in a temporary energy storage facility, which will also be built. An important part of the investment is the construction of 12 electric car chargers, of which 9 will be 22 kW AC chargers and 3 will be 75 kW DC chargers. These numbers can double as demand grow.
