Duna Autó Group expanded its scope by establishing a new business division in partnership with the Chinese company SUNNIC, a joint venture between the globally leading battery manufacturer CATL and Xiaomi, a global leader in consumer electronics and smart devices. Based in Óbuda, the company group entered the rapidly growing energy market through this partnership, enriching its comprehensive portfolio with another significant industry.

Sunnic’s electric car chargers are available in 11 kW and 22 kW capacities. These car chargers feature a modern, elegant design, fast charging capabilities, and intelligent energy management. Both models are IP65 rated, making them suitable for both indoor and outdoor use. Based on the collaboration and detailed description of the products, Duna Autó and Sunnic jointly contribute to achieving a sustainable future while creating new opportunities in the fields of electromobility and energy storage in Hungary. Several companies have applied to become resellers of Sunnic chargers. Negotiations are ongoing. We have also been appointed as the distributor for the Electrly (Duna Watt charger) in the Central European region. In partnership with Parkl, we are working on installing Sunnic chargers, expanding together in the region.
